Happy families. At shoot at home.

During the summer I had a fun shoot with a family of five at home. Two little sisters and one baby brother. Fun and chaos combined. Just as it should be in a big family home. If you are after a shoot at home please do get in touch as i have some special deals on for ‘at home’ shoots.

Extended families..location shoot

It is really a great privilege to photograph generations in the same family. There is something so lovely about it. Being part of preserving a little moment in a family’s history. Its pretty much why is started doing what i do.:)

Dont forget if you are thinking of booking in a shoot before christmas PLEASE do get in touch soon as I am not going to shoot for christmas orders after November this year!

Thank you!!

Off camera flash-tastic!

Last month I had an incredible day with one of my favourite portrait photographers. A true gentlemen with a generous heart for teaching the art that has taken him a whole lifetime to perfect. He incredibly was at University in Nottingham at the same time as me..all those years ago. But while i was studying a degree I have never done much with! He was studying photography and obviously has his life set on a singular focus.

My aim on this day was to understand how to use high speed sync flash and off camera flash. It was an inspirational day and a challenge for me as i was having to photograph a professional model! Not my usual client! But she was very patient with us all. This is something i am hoping to offering in my photography before too long. So watch this space. But for now. Here is the lovely Liz.

Enjoying the summer haze.

I most certainly am enjoying these lovely days of summer we have here at the moment. Lucky doesnt even come close. I love the sunshine and it makes scheduling shooting so easy. I love it!

A few weeks ago i met up with another gorgeous family with four lovely kids.:)
