baby Joseph #newbornphotography #liverpool

I met this gorgeous boy recently. He was 16 days old and such a superstar. Fed once, slept most of the time and only managed to wee on Dad!! Was a pleasure to meet this lovely little family. Mum even bought along her own hungry caterpillar prop! Here are a few images from the shoot. If you are interested in newborn photography please remember that ideally it should be booked within the first few weeks of life. thank you xx

Family portraits in Springtime.

Meeting up with families as their children grow is one of my favourite parts of photography. I photographed Grace when she was newborn and so was thrilled to be able to take some location shots for her and her family this spring. She was a little scared of me to start off with but then she warmed up and we couldn’t stop the smiles. Helped along by the antics of the family dog, who adored my squeaky toy i use to get kids attention!!

Celebrating that first birthday in style

The gorgeous Caspian was in the studio a few weeks ago getting stuck into his first birthday cake. He was super smiley and really concentrating hard on getting the best out of his cake! Its a lovely special way to mark your child’s first birthday or any birthday! Prices start at £150.00

A little bit of pink #newborn

A few weeks ago I met Annabelle. She is the baby in a shot i posted to my facebook page a week or so ago. She was a superstar, no doubt about it. Her dad was game for trying out a new pose that i had in mind and it worked fairly well i think. Hoping that it ends up on a huge canvas somewhere! I love people’s reaction to it, at first they dont see the baby and then they do. Its a lovely image, little tiny girl on daddy’s back. No doubt she is  going to have that daddy wrapped round her finger anyway!!

It is a pose that is undertaken with a lot of safety in mind. Baby was safe at all times with mummy standing very close by.  So here she is with her Daddy and shining like a star on her own.

Dan - Sarah, these shots are stunning! I love the mirrored one and can only imagine how you achieved it! Great work.
